  • Purchased ticket for Greyhound Bus Service NOT honored



    Two bus tickets(OW Senior) purchased at PET Airport Montreal at 02.27pm 13June17 Schedule 5873 - for PET Airport Montreal to Ottawa/Hull. Bus was scheduled to depart at 03.25pm but did not show-up before 3.55pm, arriving Ottawa at 6.45pm although scheduled for arrival at 5.30pm. The Ottawa-Hull portion of the tickets were NOT honored and we were left stranded with no assistance from the Customer Service Desk. Person at Customer Service Desk, by the name of Loeuw Number 4991, merely said that he had experienced the same problem himself, and offered no assistance or refund, and therefore... More...
